Short introduction
This page is intended for sellers who want to list and sell their digital products on the TK Store DZ platform. It explains, in a clear and professional way, how the platform works and the rules that govern seller activity, from submitting a seller request to listing products and receiving payouts.
This page is not a legal contract. The official contract between TK Store and the seller is the Seller Convention, which the seller may be required to sign and upload before selling permissions are activated. This page is a daily operational guide explaining what is allowed, what is prohibited, and how product review, commissions, payouts, refunds, and disputes work.
Please read this page carefully. Submitting a seller request or continuing to use selling permissions on the platform means accepting these rules and the related policies.
1.Who can sell on the platform?
TK Store DZ, in its current MVP phase, is open on a limited basis. Sellers are accepted manually.
A “Become a Seller” path may be available on the website, but submitting a request does not mean automatic acceptance. TK Store reserves the right to accept, reject, suspend, or terminate any seller account at any time if it considers this necessary to protect buyers and the platform.
At the beginning, TK Store works with a limited number of trusted sellers, focusing on product diversity and service quality rather than rapidly increasing the number of sellers.
2.Seller account approval and Seller Convention
Before activating a seller account, TK Store may request certain information or documents, such as:
- Full name.
- Store name on the platform.
- Phone number.
- Address and wilaya.
- Auto-entrepreneur card or commercial registry, if available.
- Tax identification number, if available.
- ID card copy when needed for verification.
Seller permissions on TK Store DZ are activated only after the account is accepted by TK Store and the required steps are completed, including signing and uploading the Seller Convention if requested by TK Store.
The Seller Convention includes the essential legal and operational terms and is the official reference for the relationship between the seller and TK Store.
3.Product categories allowed in the MVP phase
In this phase, TK Store DZ accepts digital products only within the following categories:
- Gift Cards.
- Game Keys.
- Gaming Top-ups.
- Software Keys.
- Personal Subscriptions.
- Shared Subscriptions.
- Digital Assets & Templates.
Every listed product must clearly belong to one of these categories and must be reviewed by TK Store before appearing publicly.
4.Categories and products not currently active in the MVP phase
Some products or categories are not currently active in the MVP phase. This does not mean they are permanently rejected; it means they require additional review, technical protection, or clearer operational rules before being allowed.
This may include, for example:
- Online courses.
- E-books.
- Files or digital assets that require special protection against copying or unauthorized distribution.
- Products that require protected access, complex delivery, or additional digital ownership protection.
These categories may be reviewed later and may be made available in a future phase if the appropriate technical and operational conditions are met.
5.Prohibited products
TK Store DZ prohibits any product that may create risk for buyers, the platform’s reputation, or platform stability. Prohibited products include, without limitation:
- Netflix accounts or subscriptions.
- IPTV in all forms.
- Autodesk products or any related products, unless TK Store grants exceptional written approval.
- Pirated, stolen, compromised, or unknown-source products.
- Products containing false or misleading claims.
- Lifetime subscriptions.
- Subscriptions longer than 12 months.
- Adult or indecent products.
- Gambling or betting products.
- Hacking, phishing, or spam tools.
- Fake account creation tools or abusive automation tools.
- Any other product that TK Store considers harmful to user safety, platform reputation, or platform stability.
Listing a prohibited product may lead to immediate product removal, seller account suspension, permanent ban, or additional measures depending on the case.
6.High-risk products
Some products are not automatically rejected, but are considered high-risk and are subject to deeper review before publication. These include, for example:
- Shared subscriptions.
- High-value gift cards.
- Region-locked products.
- Products requiring information from the buyer’s account, such as a username or password.
- Software keys with extended warranty.
- Products with unusually low or unusual pricing.
- Some streaming or digital entertainment products that TK Store may allow after review.
These products may be accepted after review, rejected, or subject to additional conditions. Approval of some streaming or entertainment products does not mean that TK Store is required to run advertising or promotional campaigns for them.
The final decision to accept or reject any product belongs exclusively to TK Store.
7.Product submission and review
The seller may add products from the seller dashboard, but no product appears publicly until it has been reviewed and approved by TK Store.
In the MVP phase, every new product and every major edit is subject to review before publication, including:
- Product name.
- Category.
- Price.
- Short and long description.
- Images.
- Variants or product options.
- Delivery method.
- Stock settings.
- Code or license distribution method.
- Region or geographic restrictions, if any.
- Warranty or duration, if any.
After approval, the seller may publish or unpublish the product. Permanent deletion of products is not preferred in this phase and remains subject to TK Store procedures.
TK Store reserves the right to change a product’s category or request changes to its price, description, images, or delivery method if it considers this necessary to protect the buyer, the platform, or the clarity of the product.
8.Delivery and communication inside the platform
All delivery, support, warranty, replacement, refund, and dispute-related communication must take place inside the platform only.
The seller is not allowed to use WhatsApp or any external channel to complete any part of the service with the buyer, including delivery, support, warranty, replacement, or refund.
If the product requires certain information from the buyer, such as an email address, username, or password, this information must be exchanged only through the platform chat. The seller is responsible for handling this information only to the minimum extent necessary to complete delivery.
When adding a product, the seller must clearly specify the delivery method, whether automatic or manual. If manual delivery may take time, the seller must inform the buyer of the expected delay inside the platform. If the buyer does not accept the delay, they may request TK Store intervention or open a dispute.
A buyer who chooses to deal with the seller outside the platform may lose their TK Store protection for that order. A seller who directs customers outside the platform may also face strict measures, including suspension or banning.
9.Response rules for buyers
The seller must respond to buyer messages inside the platform quickly and seriously.
- During active support hours, from 08:00 to 02:00 after midnight, the seller must respond within 30 minutes.
- From 02:00 to 08:00, this period is considered a sleeping/rest period during which response time may be relaxed, provided that the seller follows up on pending requests as soon as active support hours begin.
Repeated delays or leaving the buyer without explanation may lead to TK Store intervention or measures against the seller account, including a warning, refund, or freezing of the dispute amount.
10.Commissions and customer source
TK Store’s commission depends on the product category and the customer source.
A sale through the seller’s link means that the order came through the seller’s referral link or through a tracking method approved by TK Store proving that the seller brought the customer.
A sale from TK Store source means that the order came from the platform, search, homepage, recommendations, TK Store ads, TK Store customer base, or any other source other than the seller’s link.
If the customer source is not clear, the order is considered to be from TK Store source.
| Category | Commission via seller link | Commission from TK Store source |
|---|---|---|
| Gift Cards | 3% | 6% |
| Game Keys | 4% | 7% |
| Gaming Top-ups | 5% | 8% |
| Software Keys | 6% | 9% |
| Personal Subscriptions | 7% | 13% |
| Shared Subscriptions | 10% | 20% |
| Digital Assets & Templates | 12% | 25% |
In the MVP phase:
- There is no buyer service fee.
- There is no fixed seller fee.
- There is no minimum commission.
- There is no standard reserve on seller balances.
TK Store reserves the right to update commission rates according to the rule update clause.
11.Wallet, TK Points, and payouts
The platform uses TK Points as an internal balance system to manage purchases, refunds, and seller balances.
- TK Points are not a bank account, banking service, or regulated financial deposit. They are only an internal balance used inside the platform.
- Seller earnings are added to the seller balance after deducting TK Store commission and any holds or disputed amounts.
- Seller payout means that TK Store transfers a cash amount to the seller in exchange for the available TK Points balance.
- The standard hold after an order is 24 hours.
- The minimum payout request is 5,000 DZD or its equivalent inside the system.
TK Store may extend the hold period or freeze part of the balance in cases such as:
- Disputes or repeated complaints.
- Suspected violation.
- Ban.
- Active subscriptions held by buyers.
- Unresolved obligations toward customers.
12.Refunds and disputes
TK Store handles disputes according to a clear principle: fix first, replacement second, refund as a last resort.
In the MVP phase:
- Buyer refunds are issued to the TK Points wallet only, not to the original payment method.
- For one-time-use codes, such as gift cards and game keys, the buyer must test the product quickly after delivery. The general dispute window may be up to 24 hours from actual delivery.
- If it is proven that the code was successfully used, or that the buyer chose the wrong product, the refund is not automatic and remains subject to TK Store review or seller approval depending on the case.
- For subscriptions and duration-based products, such as personal subscriptions, shared subscriptions, or software keys with a duration or warranty, the seller remains responsible for the full promised duration. If the product stops working before the end of the duration, TK Store may require the seller to reactivate, replace, or partially compensate the buyer based on the remaining duration.
The final decision in disputes belongs to TK Store. Its decisions may include accepting or rejecting the complaint, requesting replacement, issuing a refund in TK Points, freezing the seller balance, or applying a penalty when appropriate.
13.Violations and penalties
Measures that TK Store may take in case of violation, depending on severity and repetition, include:
- Warning.
- Product removal.
- Request to modify the product.
- Temporary account suspension.
- Freezing the dispute amount.
- Extending the balance hold period.
- Freezing the full balance in serious cases.
- Recording a negative balance on the account.
- Permanent ban from the platform.
- Preventing re-registration using the same identity or business information.
An immediate ban without warning may be applied in cases such as:
- Selling stolen, compromised, or pirated products.
- Attempting to direct customers outside the platform.
- Fraud or payment manipulation.
- Repeated refusal to handle customer issues.
- Any behavior that threatens platform reputation or customer trust.
Negative balance: if TK Store has to compensate the buyer on behalf of the seller and the seller balance is insufficient, the difference may be recorded as a negative balance on the seller account. The seller is required to settle it. It may be deducted from future earnings, or withdrawals may be suspended until settlement.
14.Updates to rules and commissions
TK Store may need to update seller rules, commission rates, product policies, payment rules, or platform terms from time to time.
- Updates are made with prior notice to sellers.
- The preferred notice period is 7 days before the update takes effect.
- The update does not require new approval from the seller as long as the seller previously accepted the rules.
- If the seller does not accept the update, they may unpublish their products or stop selling on the platform.
- Continuing to sell after the update date is considered acceptance of the updated rules.
Final note
Selling on TK Store DZ is not simply opening a store. It is a commitment to protecting the buyer, building trust, preserving the platform’s reputation, and working within clear rules that protect all parties.
TK Store welcomes serious and professional sellers who want to provide quality digital products with reliable service. Together, we aim to build a professional and trustworthy Algerian digital marketplace.

To contact TK Store regarding a seller account or products, the admin chat inside the platform should be used first when available. Otherwise, communication should be made through the official WhatsApp specified by TK Store.
